Bites Cafe is an eatery and sub-brand of Kohl’s department store. Adding a place to sit down and snack is a tried and true way to get patrons to spend more time in your establishment. From Target to Ikea to Barns and Noble this practice has become common place in the consumer environment. After conducting market research the Bites Cafe Brand design was geared towards the most common Kohl’s shopper; mothers with children.
