Weston Stevens needed a way to laterally recruit talented attorneys digitally. Our solution was to create a micro site that could be sent to possible talent acquisitions.

The poem by Robert Frost served as a key piece of inspiration for this project. Weston Stevens exists in an industry that commonly prioritizes expansion and billable hours over associates. Weston Stevens sees that path and the firms that have chosen it but chooses to take the path less taken with work life balance and a welcoming culture.
